FOOD REVIEW: Miss Shirley’s (Baltimore)

So I tried Miss Shirley’s for breakfast during one of my trips to Baltimore and it was really good! Although I wasn’t able to try one of their signature drinks because I actually was carded and then told I have the wrong kind of ID -__- everything else was all good.

Hot cocoa was good
